Cassio Bruno
Cassio is a founding partner, member of the executive committee, and manager of the long-short and long bias strategies. Between 2012 and 2015 he was a partner and director at Canvas Capital where he was responsible for the share strategies. Before that, he was a partner and director at Ashmore Brasil, where he was also head of the equity area and responsible for equity funds. At Pátria Investimentos he was the portfolio manager responsible for the equity funds. Cassio also worked at Banco Votorantim and Banco Itaú. Rodrigo Carrera
Rodrigo is a founding partner, member of the executive committee, and COO. In 2014 and 2015, he was a partner and COO at GEO Capital. Between 2007 and 2014 he was chief operating officer for Asset Management and Private Banking at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo. He was a partner at Hedging-Griffo where he worked from 2001 to 2006. Graduated in Business Administration from FAAP and MBA from FIPE/USP.

Adriano is a partner, member of the executive committee, and responsible for the investor relations area. Between 2009 and 2016, he was responsible for the relationship with distributors at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. From 2007 to 2009, he was a fund manager at Opus Gestão de Recursos for the wealth and retail segments. Before, he led the advisory and products areas of Lecca Investimentos. Adriano has a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Management and Corporate Finance from FGV-RJ.

Bruno Pires
Bruno is a partner and investment analyst for tech, media, and semiconductors. From 2011 to 2019, Bruno worked at J.P. Morgan. In the first two years, he worked on the Sales & Trading desk focusing on Commodities products. After that, he worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management for 6 years in multiple relationship management functions across many asset classes. Bruno left J.P. Morgan in 2019 to join London Business School (LBS) to do his MBA. Bruno joined the Moat Capital team in 2020 to do his Summer Internship and, after graduating, he joined Moat Capital full-time as an equity analyst focused on Technology and Media sectors. Bruno holds a degree in Economics from University of São Paulo.

Luiz Armando Sedrani
Luiz is a partner and head of the analysis team. With over 26 years at Banco Votorantim, he began his career as a sell-side equity analyst and in project finance. Between 1999 and 2012, he was responsible for the proprietary equity trading desk and also worked in private equity. In the last 10 years, he has been at BV Asset as the CIO for all investment strategies. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and a postgraduate degree in business administration from FGV, and he has earned the CFA certification.
